Headline mechanic — Blizzard on Night 3
Blizzard is a Night 3 modifier that adds cold-exposure damage when players spend more than ~20 seconds outside the cabins without warmth. Mechanics:
- Cold damage — 10 damage per second once freeze exposure triggers. The January 2026 QoL nerf brought damage from 20/s down to 10/s, so a single cabin sprint rarely wipes a solo run anymore.
- Cabins count as warm zones — staying inside halts freeze buildup entirely.
- Snowballs drop from the new Undead Pumpkins that appear during Graves + Blizzard stacks. Snowballs slow The Spider, and hitting him with one awards the Sharpshooter badge.

New outfits
The patch introduced two limited outfits:

The Pest got a Christmas rename during the event: “Elf” by community callout when stacked with Party + Blizzard. Voice squads started calling him “Elf Pest” to match the visual.
