Residence Massacre Night 2 Factory Modifiers

Bloodmoon, Party, Graves, and Blizzard on the factory — what changes, what stays the same, and how to assign roles.

Night 2 Modifier Guide

Night 2 already throws three anomalies at you before modifiers reach the factory. When you stack Bloodmoon, Party, Graves, or Blizzard onto the factory map, the pressure multiplies — not because mechanics change fundamentally, but because time windows compress and communication load spikes. This page is the stack manual for the factory map. Read Night 2 first so the base loop (five floodlights, radio tower, UV emergency) is automatic before modifiers add chaos.

Bloodmoon on Night 2

Bloodmoon unlocks by beating Night 2 once. It applies the same Bloodmoon Night 1 logic to the factory:

  • Day shortens to roughly half — the prep window is tighter. Lock the clock immediately and assign roles before looting.
  • Mutant faster and more aggressive — the floodlight flash window stays the same but the error margin shrinks.
  • The Stalker deals more damage during rage.
  • The Pest moves faster in cables and ducts.
  • The Battery recharges all three power bars fully — this is a real buff in the middle of chaos. Use it.
  • Mutant gets red pupils visually.

Additional Bloodmoon callout: “Mutant Bloodmoon flanking” — it can close distance faster than the flash button responds.

Party on Night 2

Party on the factory unlocks by beating Night 2 with Bloodmoon active or owning the Factory Party badge. The Anniversary 2026 rerun reworked Party on Night 1; the factory Party rules here follow the standard modifier table.

A 45-second timer starts at midnight and ticks down as the night progresses. Each cycle picks a random event:

EventFactory effect
”Party time!”Screen flashes colors, music plays, vision reduced
”You were gifted an item!”All living players receive Bloxy Cola or Hammer
”A wire broke…”Random floodlight wire destroyed — no UV flash from that light until repaired
”The radio tower was struck…”Lightning hits the radio tower — repair with Wrench or Pest wins that wire
”The generator lost some power…”Generator loses a fuel bar
”The party is over…”At 5:57 AM: 1:30 extra, darker ambiance, Mutant faster with silent movement, objective changes to ”???” — generator drains itself

The night length extends from 8 minutes to roughly 9:25 during the “the party is over” encore.

Anomaly visuals during Party:

  • Mutant gets the party hat appearance (same as Party Night 1)
  • Pest gains a party hat
  • Stalker gets a mask, one glowing blue eye, party hat, and two candles on its shoulders
  • Party + Blizzard makes Pest look like an elf

Graves stacks with Party on Night 2 to add skeletons behind the factory (not zombies — skeletons on the factory variant). A third UV Light appears in Delivery Service to compensate.

Role addition for Party: one player watches the event text at all times. When “A wire broke” fires, the computer player checks which floodlight lost UV and calls it out verbally before the Mutant approaches.

Graves on Night 2

Graves on Night 2 unlocks by beating Night 2 with Bloodmoon active or owning the Spooky Skeletons badge. It adds skeletons behind the factory instead of the zombies from Night 1 Graves house.

Key differences from Night 1 Graves:

  • Skeletons spawn behind the factory map, not in the suburban house
  • A third UV Light appears in Delivery Service — UV can stun groups of skeletons
  • Spawn timing follows the same pattern: 1 at midnight, 2 at 2 AM, 2 at 4 AM (or shifted to midnight / 3 / 5 when Party is also active)
  • Bloodmoon speeds up skeletons and increases their damage
  • Blizzard slows them down, making them easier to kite without stamina items

Stun table for Graves additions: UV Light stuns skeletons. Flashlight does not. Plan your tool assignments accordingly.

Blizzard on Night 2

Blizzard on Night 2 unlocks by beating Night 2 with Graves active or owning the Blizzard badge (Night 1 Blizzard badge route, historically). The mechanic mirrors Night 1 Blizzard in the factory context:

  • Freeze damage kicks in after roughly 20 seconds outside or in factory sections without heat — 10 damage per second.
  • Stay near the generator or inside the main factory building. There is no fireplace, but the generator room retains heat.
  • Factory sections with broken walls or open loading docks count as outside for freeze purposes.
  • Battery management becomes more critical — flashlights drain battery and cold sections drain stamina faster.
  • Pest and Stalker visual variants change when stacked with Party.

Solo runs of Blizzard on Night 2 are harder than Night 1 Blizzard because the factory layout spreads players across longer distances. Kiting a faster Mutant while managing freeze timers and Pest wires is a high-skill combination.

Stacking modifiers on Night 2

The most common Night 2 stack is Party + Graves (factory skeletons + event chaos). Stack difficulty order:

One player during Party: event text only — call events as they fire so the team isn’t ambushed by a broken wire during a Pest wire crisis.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Residence Massacre survivors.

What does Bloodmoon do on Night 2?

Shorter day, faster Mutant, harder Stalker in rage, faster Pest, and a full Battery recharge to all three power bars. The factory becomes more lethal without changing the central loop.

How does Party on Night 2 differ from Night 1?

Party Night 2 runs a 45-second timer instead of 30, affects factory-specific systems (wires, radio tower, generator bar), and gives the anomalies party visuals including a masked candle-wearing Stalker.

What are the skeletons on Night 2 Graves?

Factory-version undead that spawn behind the factory map. A third UV Light appears in Delivery Service specifically so players can stun groups of skeletons with UV flash.

Can you stack Party and Graves on Night 2?

Yes. Party + Graves is one of the most common high-difficulty stacks. Party shifts skeleton spawn hours and adds event chaos; Graves adds skeletons to the factory map.

Does Blizzard on Night 2 have a fireplace equivalent?

No fireplace, but staying near the generator room or inside the main factory building provides heat. Freeze damage applies in exposed factory sections after roughly 20 seconds.
