Residence Massacre Lobby, Cars, and Badge Index

How the factory parking lot works after Night 1 Rework — shops, quests, inventory, and starting a night.

Lobby Guide

The lobby is the factory parking lot you land in after the Main Menu Play button. It is not a night. It is the prep room for Residence Massacre on Roblox Place 14437001043: pick a gamemode, dress the avatar, spend Coins, check the Badge Index, and queue with friends. After the Night 1 Rework (August 21, 2026) the old split zones are gone. One parking lot starts Night 1–3, Endless, and memories. PvP is still out — PvP status. Currency is Coins. No promo codes.

If you bounce straight into a car without looking around, you miss the Coins Shop, the Hat shop, daily quests, and the Mutation percent bar. This page is the map of that lot. Pair it with Getting Started for first-night survival and Coins Shop for prices.

The Main Menu is the themed bedroom screen (seasonal skins for Halloween, Christmas, Anniversary). Play dumps you in the lot. A bottom-left button returns to the menu. Join a friend by username from the menu if you do not want a public car. Seasonal menu art does not change mechanics — it only tells you an event window is live, such as the Anniversary 2026 re-run.

An audio speaker icon toggles lobby music. It does not persist between joins. Turn it off if you are voice-calling over the lot soundtrack.

Cars — how a night actually starts

Nine cars sit in fenced spots with cameras. Entering one opens the host panel:

A 30-second timer starts when someone sits. The host can press Play early. Settings are visible to joiners so you do not sit in a House Chaos pub by accident. Solo is allowed — read Solo survival before you lock a one-player cap on Bloodmoon.

Left of the lot, a barrier leads to four extra spots (one red car). That pocket is leftover layout, not a secret Night 4 queue. Night 4 is unreleased.

Inventory, hats, outfits, titles, color

The top of the three left buttons is Inventory:

  • Hats — one at a time unless you own Double Hats (99 R$). Full list: Hats.
  • Outfits — one skin. After Outfit Changes several skins are badge-tied (Camper, Miner, Vessel, Sacrifice, Raver at 75%). Catalog: Outfits.
  • Titles became equipable badges in the Night 1 Rework. You no longer buy a separate title row the old way.
  • Color — torso recolor if you own Color Wheel (was Color Picker, 75 R$). Details: Gamepasses.

VIP shows a label and the Retro outfit (Golden retired). It does not multiply Coins anymore.

Coins Shop, Robux shop, daily quests

Right of the leaderboards, the grey booth with wrenches is the merged Coins Shop. Equip one tool (two with Double Tools) plus buy hats outright. Crates are gone since the August 8, 2026 lockdown. Weapon and stamina loadouts: Shop items.

The middle left button is Robux Shop: passes (VIP, Iron Lungs, Better Flashlight, Double Hats, Double Tools, Double Coins) and Coin packs. Starter Bundle is a 72-hour first-join offer. Gifting prints a chat line — do not confuse it with a promo code.

Daily quests sit above the Coin counter: three jobs every 20 hours (easy / medium / hard). Refresh costs 25 R$ unless you have VIP’s free 3-day refresh. Double Coins does not multiply quest payouts after August 21, 2026. Base quest Coins were increased in the rework. Farm nights still: How to Earn Coins.

Badge Index and leaderboards

Center lot: Lead Factory Worker on the lamp. Open the Badge Index for owned vs missing rows, Mutation percent, and reward previews. Non-limited clears fill Mutation Outfit (25% = 500 Coins, 50% = 1,000, 75% = Raver, 100% = Completionist + Mutation). Limited anniversary ticks usually do not fill that bar — confirm in the Index during the Party window.

Factory-side boards: Top Employees (wins), Top Endless, Top Donators, donation board, update log. The log is a teaser, not a substitute for Updates.

Old lobbies (so search results do not confuse you)

Release lobby had no Main Menu and a Bloodmoon-only pocket. The PvP-era menu split Night 1 / Night 2 / Memories / PvP zones. Those cars are gone. Out-of-bounds Night 2 leftovers are not a playable mode. PvP lobby (seven spots, mutant skins) returns only when Tea Studio ships PvP as a new experience after all five planned nights — likely 2027–2028. Do not wait in the current lot for a Join PvP button.

Co-op flow in the lot

  1. Check quests and VIP refresh.
  2. Equip shop tools before you sit.
  3. Host announces night + modifiers in chat.
  4. One player opens Badge Index if someone is hunting a named row.
  5. Sit, confirm friends-only if you are learning Closet QTE.

The parking lot is where wipes are prevented. The house is where they happen. Know the booths, then read Night 1.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Residence Massacre survivors.

Where is the Residence Massacre lobby?

After Main Menu Play you spawn in the Night 2 factory parking lot. Cars start nights, memories, and Endless. Shops and the Badge Index sit in that lot.

How do you start a night from the lobby?

Enter a car, pick the gamemode and modifiers, set player cap or friends only, then wait out the 30-second timer or press Play as host.

Where is the Badge Index?

Center of the parking lot, run by Lead Factory Worker. It shows owned badges, missing badges, and Mutation percent.

Do daily quests still get Double Coins?

No. After the August 21, 2026 Night 1 Rework, Double Coins no longer multiplies quest rewards. VIP refreshes a quest for free instead of giving 1.5× Coins.

Is there a separate PvP lobby?

Not right now. PvP was removed January 9, 2026. The old seven-car PvP lot is gone until a future separate experience.
