Residence Massacre Coins Shop, Hats, and Daily Quests

How the merged lobby shop works after August 2026 — tools, hats, quests, and VIP without the old 1.5× myth.

Coins Shop & Daily Quests

The Coins Shop is the lobby stand that replaced the old Item Shop and crate gambling during the Night 1 Rework (August 21, 2026). One worker sells tools you equip for mainline nights and a Hat shop row where crates used to be. Equipped tools spawn when you start a baseline night (some memories and Night 3 still have extra map rules). This page is the shopping list; the Items tier list is the ranking. Tool counters: Shop items. Hat prices: Hats. Booth: Lobby.

Currency is Coins after the August 8, 2026 lockdown rename (TIX branding was removed). No promo codes exist — Active Codes. Farm routes: How to Earn Coins. Robux passes: Gamepasses.

Flare Gun2,500 CoinsHello World badge (The Bunker)One flare stun (~25s on most threats, not The Stalker)
Subspace Tripmine999,999 Coins—Joke / April Fools leftover

After the shop merge, Hammer, Crowbar, and Subspace Tripmine can function on Night 3 (they were previously disabled when the old Item Shop banned them). Still bring shotgun and gas cans for the cabin loop — see Night 3.

Double Tools (99 R$) lets you equip two shop items. Pick combos like Battery + Bloxy Cola or Radar + Medkit. Details: Gamepasses.

Hat shop, titles, and milestones

Crates and the old gambling skip button are gone (removed in the August 8, 2026 post-lockdown pass, then replaced in the Night 1 Rework). Hats are bought outright. During the Anniversary 2026 re-run the Milestone Party Hat and returning anniversary hats are listed for a limited time — confirm prices on the mannequin. Titles became equipable badges. Badge clears can now pay Coins and item unlocks, not only cosmetics. Milestone rewards sit on the Badge Index progress bar — Outfit Changes retied several outfits to specific badges two days after the rework.

Fashion ranking: Cosmetics. Index text: Badges.

Daily quests and VIP

You get three quests every 20 hours (easy / medium / hard). Base quest Coins were increased in the Night 1 Rework.

  • VIP (199 R$) no longer gives 1.5× Coins. It gives a free 3-day quest refresh, the VIP label, and the Retro outfit (Golden retired).
  • Double Coins (299 R$) still 2× night and memory payouts. It does not multiply quest rewards after August 21, 2026.

If you bought VIP for the old multiplier, treat it as a quest accelerator plus lobby flex. Stack Double Coins when you are farming Endless nights or repeating Night 1.

Starter Bundle (99 R$) is a 72-hour first-join offer: typically 500 Coins, Bloxy Cola access, and Pirate outfit. After the timer, it disappears.

What to buy in order

  1. Battery if you lack Better Flashlight.
  2. Lemonade or Bloxy Cola if stamina deaths outnumber Mutant QTE fails.
  3. Hammer for Night 1 pubs that never find map hammers.
  4. Radar once Night 2 factories feel unfair — Night 2.
  5. Badge weapons (Bear Trap, Flare Gun, Medkit) after Crimson Camp, The Bunker, and Bloody Job.
  6. Hats last. Outfit Changes shuffled which badge pays which skin.

Loadout vs map loot

Shop copies exist because map spawns scale with player count and can miss. Endless crates are a third pipe — do not skip the lobby stand just because the truck exists.

Memories (Spirit Helper, Mansion Incident, The Bunker) have unique kits. Confirm the memory page before assuming Flare Gun or Hammer appears.

Buy tools that prevent wipes. The Hat shop will still be there after you stop dying to spit traps.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

In the Night 1 lobby, run by the shop worker NPC. It replaced the old Item Shop and crate machines after the August 21, 2026 Night 1 Rework.

How much is Battery in the Coins Shop?

Battery costs 200 Coins. Radar costs 2,500 Coins. Lemonade is 300 and Bloxy Cola is 500.

During the Anniversary 2026 re-run (live August 28, 2026) the Milestone Party Hat and returning anniversary hats sit in the Hat shop. Crates are gone; check the mannequin for the live price.
