Gamepasses Guide

Players search Residence Massacre gamepass, VIP, Iron Lungs, and Better Flashlight because Robux mistakes hurt. This guide explains what each lobby Passes tab product does on Place 14437001043 after the Night 1 Rework and currency rename to Coins. For ranked opinions, also read the Gamepasses tier list. For quest-specific VIP value, see Daily Quests.

No promo codes grant passes — Active Codes. Gifting a pass prints a chat line; that is not a redeemable string.

Buy order for new survivors

  1. Better Flashlight — highest survival impact on Night 1–3 darkness and Night 2 offices.
  2. Iron Lungs — if Mutant or Worker chases empty your stamina bar first.
  3. Double Tools — Battery + Bloxy Cola or Radar + Medkit loadouts for organized squads.
  4. VIP — daily players who hate 25 R$ quest refreshes and want Retro.
  5. Double Coins — grinders who already survive consistently and want faster Coins Shop unlocks.
  6. Double Hats / Color Wheel — cosmetics last.

Solo players should read Solo before stacking House Chaos with zero passes.

VIP myth — read this twice

Before August 21, 2026, community Coin tables often showed VIP as 1.5× on night clears, stacking with Double Coins toward 3×. That night multiplier is gone. VIP’s combat economy value is now:

  • Free daily quest refresh
  • Retro outfit (Golden suit retired)
  • Social VIP label

If a YouTube short still says “VIP is mandatory for Coin farming,” check the upload date. Pair VIP with How to Earn Coins so you do not overpay for a dead multiplier.

Double Coins vs quest board

Double Coins still shines on:

  • Mainline Night 1–3 clears (10 → 20)
  • Memory clears
  • Endless night Coin payouts (weather bonuses included in the doubled total)

It does not double daily quest payouts after the rework. Do not buy it expecting quest 3× charts from 2025.

Double Tools and night restrictions

Two equipped tools spawn at the start of baseline nights. Some tools are weak or disabled on Night 3 cabin rules — plan loadouts per night. Memories may ignore certain barricade tools. See Shop items.

Removed PvP passes

[PVP] The Strongest and [PVP] Cursed King are off-sale. Owners received 2,000 Coins refunds when PvP left on January 9, 2026 — PvP status. Do not buy third-party “restore PvP skin” scams.

How passes interact with Anniversary and events

Passes do not replace limited badges or Hat shop rows during Anniversary 2026. Better Flashlight still helps Party darkness; VIP still only refreshes quests. Event cosmetics live in the Hat shop — crates are gone since the August 8 lockdown.

Co-op purchase planning

  • One scout takes Better Flashlight.
  • One runner takes Iron Lungs.
  • One quartermaster takes Double Tools and announces loadout in chat before the car timer.
  • Share VIP only if that player owns the quest board discipline.

Discuss in Discord so four people do not all buy Double Hats first.

Spend Robux on light and stamina before flex. Treat VIP as a quest QoL pass, not a night Coin cheat code.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Residence Massacre survivors.

What is the best Residence Massacre gamepass?

Better Flashlight is the strongest survival purchase. Iron Lungs is next for chase-heavy players. VIP is best for daily quest refreshes, not night Coin multipliers.

Does VIP still give 1.5× Coins?

No. After the Night 1 Rework, VIP refreshes a daily quest for free and includes the Retro outfit. It does not multiply night Coins.

Is Double Tools worth 99 Robux?

Yes if you regularly run two Coins Shop items. Skip it until you know which tools each night allows.

Can codes unlock gamepasses?

No. There are no active promo codes, and codes would not replace Robux passes even if Tea Studio added a code box later.

Where did PvP gamepasses go?

The Strongest and Cursed King were removed with PvP. Owners were refunded 2,000 Coins each.
