Residence Massacre Party Modifier — Anniversary 2026 Window

The Party modifier is the birthday overlay on Residence Massacre nights. As of August 28, 2026 the Anniversary 2026 re-run is live, and patch notes say Party was reworked for Night 1. You are partying in the August 21 rework house: new Mutant, closet QTE, shared ladder, TV and satellite. 2025 timer tables can be stale. Read the in-game event text. Place 14437001043. No crates. No codes.

Unlock Party by clearing Bloodmoon + Thunderstorm on Night 1 or by owning Party’s Over. During the re-run, events often open Party for everyone — check the car panel in the Lobby. Stack rules and House Chaos: Modifiers.

What the re-run actually ships

Community notes list four live bullets. Treat them as the shopping list for this week:

1. Reworked Party on Night 1 — random events after midnight, shrinking timer, Larry in a party cone.
2. Milestone Party Hat in the Hat shop — buy with Coins, not a crate roll. Hats.
3. Four limited badges back — historically Monster Mash, Party’s Over, Factory Party, Sugar Rush. Confirm names on the Badge Index.
4. Anniversary hats back on sale — mannequin prices only. Do not invent Coin costs.

Prior anniversary windows lasted about three weeks (2024 and 2025 both closed mid-September). Do not assume the same calendar day in 2026. Discord: official links.

Night 1 Party — what can happen

Vanilla Party (still the mental model until event text disagrees) rolls events after midnight:

• Vision / party overlay that wrecks camera reads.
• Random window break — can void Shatterproof and Bloodstained Windows even if The Mutant never touched the glass.
• Fuse trip (Thunderstorm already strikes ~1 / 3 / 5 AM; Party can add more).
• Generator −30 fuel.
• Free Bloxy Cola or Hammer drops.
• “The party is over…” near 5:57 AM — extra ~1:30, silent faster Mutant, objective ???. Combined length about 7:27.

Assign one player to event text, not cameras. In solo you are both. Do not farm Shatterproof during Party week unless you accept RNG voids.

Monster Mash is the floor item: use it close to Larry for the Monster Mash badge / Party Shades. It is not a Night 4 skip. The living-room TV news at 9PM is the satellite secret, not a Party event — do not mix the two callouts.

Night 2 Party (if you still need Factory Party)

Factory Party uses a ~45s event timer: broken wires, radio-tower strike, generator bar loss, same 5:57 AM encore (night ~9:25). Sugar Rush is the nasty one: Night 2 Party + Bloodmoon after giving six Birthday Cakes to the Mutant. Cake is 1 Coin in the shop after you own the badge — chicken and egg during the window. Night 2.

What Party does not do

• Not Night 4. Night 4 status.
• Not Raver. House Chaos during birthday week is still Calamity. Raver is 75% Mutation after Outfit Changes.
• Not 1.5× Coins on VIP. Quest refresh only. Double Coins still skips quest math.
• Not a Trello dump. Trello does not exist; Discord is sneak peeks.

Load Night 1 first if the rework house is new to you. Then queue Party. Then buy the Milestone Party Hat before the mannequin row disappears.
